We here at Mr.Happy's Body jewels guarantee our body jewelry
to be exactly what you expect or all you have to do is stick it
in an envelope and send it back to us for a refund or replacement
Every piece of body jewelry we sell is 100% brand new.
We never resale body jewelry once it has left our hands
we simply need the return so that we can make a report
on the item and how it faulty so that we can look for
such defects in the future.
Shipping Insurance
Most of our items support shipping insurance and it
can always be added if they do not.
Shipping insurance (if purchased) will cover
the shipment of a second item should the original one
not be satisfactory.
This (in most cases) means that you do not have to
return the item to get a replacement.
However you will still have to return the item if you
wish to receive a refund of the purchase price.

Return Policies
Please be aware that most of the non-body jewelry items
require you to purchase shipping insurance when paying,
for the item to be returnable if damaged during shipment.
We will replace defective items with or without the insurance
but damages caused during shipment require the purchase
of insurance for a refund to be given.
Items that are damaged by the buyer after reception will not
under any circumstances be returnable.
Also any items that have been used are not returnable
unless the item can be resold for its original price.
Items that are damaged or dirtied by being used
such as body jewelry or smoking pipes.
Are not returnable unless they have not been used at all.
Please decide if you like the item before you use it
if you expect to get a full refund later.
